优教信使学校号如何管理应用

 
一、  学校号介绍

学校号是优教信使为学校开通的公众号，为学校与教师、学生、家长之间提供一种新的信息传播方式，增强学校的品牌和影响力，拓宽家长关注了解学校的信息渠道。

二、  具体操作流程

1.   学校号管理平台登录地址：

2    学校号登陆：

打开学校号管理平台输入贵校管理员的用户名和密码（如图1），即可登录。登陆过程中如有任何疑问请致电客服，我们竭诚为您服务。

3    学校号设置

需上传尺寸为200*200的图片作为学校logo，图片格式为JPG（如下图2），简介填写完成后点击“确定”，即可完成学校号的设置。只需再次编辑后点击“确定”就可以完成对学校号信息的修改。

4    群发功能

群发功能主要分为文字消息和图文消息。文字消息可以发一条，点击确定即可提交；图文消息最多可发四条，封面图片大小为900像素*500像素的JPG格式的图片且图片大小不能超过5M。第一、二、三项图片大小为200像素*200像素的JPG格式的图片且图片大小不能超过5M，文学信息的格式可以进行格式调整。编辑完标题、图片、文档（如图3），点击发送即可完成信息的群发。

为了呈现出更好的页面效果，我们建议您采用消息的格式为：字号建议16px或者18px,行间距建议为1.5倍， 标题字数不超过15个字，正文开头空一行，每个段落之间空一行。以上仅为建议板式，可自由设计板式。

5    已发消息历史记录

发送信息列表页展示所有发送的信息，点击“查看详情”可查看之前发送的历史信息（如图4）。

6    用户管理

可查看所有关注的粉丝具体信息，包括姓名、电话和关注的时间（如图5）。

三、  注意事项

1.   登录平台地址需与学校所在地区相匹配。

2.   目前尚不支持管理员绑定手机号登陆，管理员只可使用管理员账号登陆学校号平台。

3.   群发多条图文消息时，需编辑完所有信息方可提交。
